Energy People FCU is excited to announce our newest feature for our members, HOME BANKING SERVICES! Keeping up with today’s technology, we want our members to have the conveniences of today's amenities offered by a large bank, but with our community's credit union. Here, you will be able to check your saving and loan balances, make internal transfers, receive e-Statements, and even request check withdraws. This will be a useful tool for our members so you can have access to your accounts 24/7 from the comfort of your home. We are encouraging all our members to sign up immediately in order to take advantage of this access.

Sign-up Instructions

Please click on the link below open the instructions available to set up your home banking account. Then, click on the link to the website in order to begin the process. It is helpful to save it to your favorites so you do not need to keep coming to our website first. We must have your email address on file for you to be able to sign up. If we do not have it or if you experience any issues while signing up, please feel free to contact us by telephone at (609) 268-9222.

Features

Information Access: Once you are signed in, you will be welcomed to the home page. Here, you will be able to review the real-time balances of your saving accounts, certificates, and loans. On your Accounts tab, you will be able to view the history of your accounts up to 1 year prior to the current date.

Withdraws and Transfers: On the transfers tab, you will be able to request checks and make internal transfers. To request a check, go to the "Transfer To" drop down box and select "Check Request." To receive your check in the office the next day, the request must be made before 8:15 p.m. EST or the check will be processed the following day. In the "Description" box, please put your work location so we can ensure it get sent to the appropriate office.

Energy People is excited to announce we now offer prepaid debit cards so you can have access to your money immediately! The card puts you in control of your money for whether you are looking to do some online shopping or an emergency comes up and you need cash fast.
